Kareem and Michael were fantastic. It’s the middle of a heat wave, 98 degrees out. They were super efficient and pleasant. They communicated well with us and with each other. There was one bulky item that was especially difficult to maneuver out, but they persevered calmly without showing any frustration. I had a Queen mattress, wooden trunk, dresser, TV and console, with a large hanging lamp that was moved within an hour to get out and the same moving in.
