I couldn't fit my furniture through my house, and they were great sports about having to move it back outside, through my bedroom, through a tight hallway, and then taking the legs off. All while reporting the score for the football game.
Michael and Emmanuel seriously went above and beyond. They both introduced themselves, advised on the setup, and went out of their way to deliver my HEAVY stainless steel table up to my condo. I’ve never had such incredible, thorough, and friendly customer service from movers. Felt more like friends delivering my table. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
Abraham and Kendy lugged a heavy, heavy large round table up a flight of stairs and maneuvered through the house for us. They arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. Great team!
I still miss an item with them. They forgot it ath the back of the truck, and waiting for them to bring it. It’s part of the dining table.
Marvin and Edwen were patient when it came to picking up my vintage console table from the seller. I didn’t realize the piece had a glass top, so I did not warn them but they came prepared with a blanket that they bungie’d over to transport it safely. They kept in communication and were very friendly! Amazing service
Ray fixed a table leg that had come loose. They moved furniture up and down stairs. They took furniture to Habitat, and when Habitat didn't take all the furniture, they took the rest to another charity and then, finally, a few things to the dump. I don't know what I would have done without them. They were eager to solve my problems, funny, good natured, and expert.
MarkAnthony was great! Truly went above and beyond with helping me set up the table as well as being very kind and respectful. Give him a bonus!

Your technician weren’t able to place the box spring in the bedroom and they scuffed the hallway walls and left the box spring on my carport. This type of service is unacceptable and I hope you will be able to rectify this complaint immediately.

The team did an outstanding job! They communicated effectively among themselves to determine the safest and most efficient method for moving a heavy table top from the first floor to the basement. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service!
First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.
