Majdi and Murtaza arrived on time and were efficient and careful when moving in my newly purchased massage chair. They went above and beyond helping me also relocate another chair into the garage. I appreciate having this option for our delivery, as Task Rabbit never assigned a team to this task and I had to identify a viable alternative. - Etzel
Marvin and Keon responded to my calls, were friendly and professional, and did a great job! They were efficient—and when you are paying by the minute, that’s a good thing! Thanks so much for a great delivery guys! - Kasia
My Luggersmwere super prompt and handled items with care. I got delivery about an hour after I made the purchase. It was incredible! - Mary
Atiqullah and Mohammad were great. Prompt at both pick-up and delivery, and super-efficient. Great intro for us to Lugg. Tipped in cash. - Rebecca
Michael & Emmanuel did a great job with my Facebook marketplace delivery. They kept me informed throughout the process. Also they did a great job packing the furniture to make sure it was well protected. Will definitely work with them again. - Amanda
Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service! - Cathleen
My first time using Lugg and it was an amazing experience with these two guys! Arrive during delivery window and worked fast while being careful. Highly recommend and hope I get matched with them again! - Nikki
Jerome and Michael M were communicative and professional. They arrived for pick-up in a vehicle above expectation and also provided service above expectation. The furniture was secured and protected. Delivery was equally successful. Highly recommend this dynamic duo! - Wendy
Jahlil & Jenard are true professionals, they handled a long distance delivery with care. They protected my furniture with proper padding and equipment. True gems! -Jasmine - Jasmine
Jerome and Javonni were great. They were professional, friendly, and great problem solvers. I appreciated them going above and beyond to make the delivery happen. - Paul
Saulo was prompt, friendly and an all around professional! I would definitely utilize Lugg for any future pick up or delivery needs! - Roberto
Great job from Jerome & Michael! I’ve worked with both before & was glad to see their names pop up for my delivery. Thanks guys! - Eva
This was so easy! I needed a pickup while I was at work. These guys got it done, and all the pieces of my delivery were neatly stacked and waiting for me when I got home. - Morgan
I had an amazing experience with Erick from Lugg! He went above and beyond helping me move a very heavy Murphy bed and a chair to my cousin’s place. This wasn’t just a simple job—it required strength, patience, and serious professionalism. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, efficient, and extremely careful with the furniture. What impressed me most was how smoothly he handled such a bulky and awkward item, all while keeping a great attitude. He made what could have been a stressful delivery feel effortless and even enjoyable. If you’re lucky enough to get him as your Lugg helper, you’re in great hands! Highly recommend! - Andrea
Every single thing about my situation had the potential to annoy a mover - big, heavy couch, difficult apartment entrance, and I’m on the third floor. Julio and Nestor were CHAMPS and really put 100% into a very difficult delivery. They made my day! - Jessica
Customer service, delivery, bringing the item to my home and setting it up and putting it in place. I will use lugg again and request for them again - Pamela
You have nothing to worry about with Michael and Cory as your Lugg pros. They took care of everything, including wrapping the furniture they delivered for me. White glove service. Placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Very friendly and professional. Prompt pick up and delivery . I couldn’t be happier. Five stars!!! - Amy
The guys are so friendly and efficient. This is my second move with them and I was happy to see that they were on this delivery too. I hope that I get them again. - Alisha
Darwin and Jabir were highly professional and efficient with the delivery. I am very impressed with their professionalism! Thank you Darwin and Jabir!!! - Claudia
Both of these guys were patient. The item we requested for delivery ended up being way heavier than we realized—and we live in a Cape Cod style home—they showed a lot of patience and quick thinking to make sure it fit. Thank you both for your hard work! - Upma
Daniel and William were awesome. William kept in touch the entire time, taking well documented photos of my item asking questions and keeping me informed on the delivery. They wrapped the item with care and handled it with care up to my unit. They even help me move a pre-existing item to my lobby. I so appreciate the work that they do and will definitely use Lugg again. Great work Daniel and William, you guys are Rockstars! - Korrine
Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier! - Noemi
Milton and Rodrigo provided great and fast delivery service. They were on time. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use Lugg again in the future. - Maureen
Micheal & William communicated to let me know their location and approximate time of delivery and updates the closer they got to me. When they arrived they were so helpful when I asked if they would please place box into living so I couldn’t have to try to move over there. They were so nice and friendly. - judy
