Jake and Winston are absolutely top notch! They got here, within the quoted time, moved the king mattress up three flights of stairs, and were in and out within 20 minutes! They were completely courteous, and respectful, not only of me, and my time, but also our new townhome! Excellent, excellent, excellent! Will ABSOLUTELY be using Lugg again, for ALL of our oversized purchases…in fact, now that I know about this service, I feel like couch shopping!
Alex and Anthony were fantastic. Very professional and punctual. I had a difficult space to navigate and they worked together to figure it out including removing some parts of the couch but reassembling after. Highly recommend them!

The two drivers were very patient and kind.Ultimately, we received the wrong couch, but that was not their fault. They did everything they could to help us. The whole time, they were kind and courteous, despite being kept late on a holiday due the vendors fault.

Pedro and Carl were awesome! The couch that they delivered was heavy & they made it happen. First time using Lugg, I didn’t feel that the app was very user-friendly but I did use the website Lugg.com. I feel the website was very user-friendly. I would use this service again.
Alex and Tim picked up furniture for us from a distribution center and brought it home. They were well ahead of time, exceeding expectations. Though it was not a part of their job, they helped unpack and set up the couch too. 10/10 would recommend them

My very long couch was a tough squeeze through the doorway. Instead of giving up, this team tried 4 different ways of getting it through, was open to our suggestions and protected the furniture all throughout the move. They successfully got the couch in the apartment and I could not be more grateful. Moving is stressful but these two are professional, persistent and cautious with the product. I could not have done it without them. Would recommend every time.
Alex & Kairat were incredible! I could not imagine moving our heavy 5 piece sectional couch, 7 piece dining room set, and dozens of boxes all on our own and within 2 hours! They were right on time, very kind, communicative, and efficient with packing and moving everything. I would highly recommend them and hope to work with them again.
Jeremiah and Mulungu are an amazing team! The couch came in a box that couldn’t fit through my apartments front door and needed to be removed from the box to get it inside. They took it out got it in my apartment and cleaned up the plastic and boxes on the way out. Excellent service!
Alex and Timothy were great. Carried a big couch up my steep driveway and placed it where I wanted in the room. Sent a picture letting me know a leg was loose when they picked the couch up. 100% recommend!
