Omg this team was beyond exceptional. They moved a couch from my house to my son’s down the street. My son said he doesn’t know when he’s worked with a team that was so great, plus they give me ideas for using their services again, wouldn’t have thought of that. Steven and Steven were pros, paitent as they had to wait for us to complete the transaction before taking the couch, which they wrapped up nicely and handled with care. Also really appreciated their positive attitudes.

Mario and Enrique were prompt, kind, and super helpful. They were at Costco within 25 minutes of booking our Lugg, and 20 minutes later they were at our house and moved our new couch inside. Incredible job all around!
They were prompt and courteous even before we ran into some struggle with the size of the couch and the arrangement of the doorway. Semisi was quick to brainstorm and had a tape measure handy to ensure fitting the couch through a window would work. Jamal was right there with assistance the whole time. Both movers had can-do attitudes and didn’t complain about carrying a couch all over the yard. 10/10 experience with these guys.
These nice strong people showed up right on time . They handled the couch and chair carefully and it took about 5 minutes total. This is a great app , I appreciate the guys being courteous!

Matongo and Washington arrive at the pickup location right on time. The couch was then delivered to us in perfect condition. On top of that they were friendly guys. I’d recommend them to anyone.
They were warm & friendly. They took care to lift the couch over furniture that I didn’t want them to move & manuevered around tough corners going upstairs. They were professional & went the extra mile to ensure that if I needed to clean/prep, they would allow me time. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. At no time were they impatient.
We ordered two couches from Macy’s but it was the reclining type and the weight of the sofa made it very hard to handle. On top of that the couch did not fit our front door. But through the whole ordeal these guys were very patient and tried various ways and finally even remove the legs of the couch to get it in the house for us. I would recommend their very professional service if you are moving furniture.

Travis and Jeremiah went way above and beyond for the delivery of my couch from Costco. The boxes were larger than I remembered when I booked the job. Not only did they make the boxes fit in a truck, they opened the boxes, put on the footstools, and put the giant empty boxes in my garage. This was on a 110+ degree day. They were so helpful, friendly, and polite. I cannot recommend them and Lugg enough. I have and will continue to tell everyone about my Lugg experience and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much, Travis and Jeremiah!
