They put up with Crate and Barrel who totally messed things up. They took grief from these unpleasant people who could not find my product. After I had a little "talk" with the Crate and Barrel people, they found my product and these guys delivered. But, they put up with the CB people claiming they didn't have the order and disparaging me. - Ralph
