They put up with Crate and Barrel who totally messed things up. They took grief from these unpleasant people who could not find my product. After I had a little "talk" with the Crate and Barrel people, they found my product and these guys delivered. But, they put up with the CB people claiming they didn't have the order and disparaging me.
Really great guys. They have all the tools you need for moving furnitures with care. Very patient. Helped us pack many heavy furnitures from Crate and Barrel to our home.
Michael was very prompt and helpful. He helped me lugg a bookcase from Crate and Barrell and assisted in disposing of the packaging.
Hello Team Lugg, This was a disappointing experience for my inaugural Lugg trial since my friend recommended them after using your service from a furniture store, I believe it was Crate and Barrel. The app says to expect Lugg movers within 25 minutes, however the app told me my movers were two hours away! Thinking it might be a bug with the app, I tried calling the movers without success. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the movers again and they told me they just got to another job and would be well over the estimated timeframe. I expressed my disappointment and they said I could cancel the job and email support since Lugg controls the matching of pick ups and deliveries. I cancelled and re-requested, but got matched to the same movers. I was so frustrated, I regretted not originally using task rabbit, like I do for most move jobs. I emailed support and was happy to get a very rapid response from them. However, the process I went through seems unacceptable for a service that crate and barrel recommends. The only reason I would give Lugg a star out of this experience was because of the movers that ended up getting paired with me. They were professional, courteous, and quick! One minor ding because they forgot their wrap for furniture at their last job, but their willingness to stay late and take my move made up for that. I was also expecting to pay $55, and the total came out to $84. The labor time and transportation time do not add up for me, and am hoping you can provide a detailed description. I hope that you can take this feedback for future jobs, and make this situation acceptable to meet my expectations so that I can leave you guys a positive review. Would tip but charge for loading shouldn't be made since Crate & Barrel were ready to load,as,I communicated when initiating delivery. Don't know whose fault this is but will deduct from tip unfortunately since no where else to deduct it.
Never had a better experience when it comes to moving furniture. Both Christopher and Paulo were friendly and moved our dresser in without any issues. Even put it in our bedroom! Would love to work with them again should the need arise. Thank you both!!
These guys were great! THE BEST Luggers I’ve had here for my business pickups! They were friendly, efficient, and courteous. They took extra special care with the furniture moving and placement in the store! When there was a narrow spot to move , they were excellent problem solvers! I highly recommend these Luggers! Miguel and Edwardo did a wonderful job moving a large media console table to my second floor apartment. They were efficient and careful not to damage the furniture. Would hire again!
Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.
Roberto and Emanuel were a fabulous help to us in moving heavy furniture! They were careful with our items and our home, efficient and very nice. Definitely recommend the two of them!
This team was extremely professional & focused. Homer & Kevin had to carry all my furniture up 4 flights of stairs because the building’s elevator is broken. The offload job was difficult and this team did it very quickly! Again many thanks to Homer & Kevin for taking such good care of my belongings & for their great attitude. I tipped $50 cash (to be split) at the end of the job & left $130.00 tip to be split between the 2 movers on the Lugg website. An excellent job!! Highly recommend Kevin & Homer !! Thank you again Lugg for a fantastic experience!

They handled my belongings with care, asked me when I wanted to have my furniture wrapped in plastic or blankets, and worked for 5 hours without one complaint. It was a hot day too!! I ordered the LUGG Box (16ft truck) and that did the trick for my 675 sq ft apartment. I had a lot of stuff and they managed to move me into my new spot with zero challenges. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. Couldn’t have done this move without them. Thank you William and Henry. 11/10!!
Asseem and Samir were great! It was very tricky to get the couch they were delivering to me through my front door, but they were persistent and made it work without damaging my furniture. Would highly recommend!

They moved lots of household bookshelves, and objects to lots of different locations in the house. They were prompt (early, actually), super-quick (they didn't slow down for more time-money!) polite, professional, CLEAN, and very cautious moving furniture to make sure it wasn't damaged--or damaged walls, etc. Furniture was moved from a neighbor's house to mine (both of us are over 60 years), and my neighbor said "Oh! What a smart idea! You just called them and they could come?!" I explained what Lugg is, how it worked and he immediately downloaded the app! Great, quick job all around.
