Showed up quickly, so friendly and helped us get the loveseat sofa bed fro the second floor of an old house, and into our studio! So appreciated their help, speed, and professionalism!
10/10 experience! They were on time, friendly, and laid down pads so the sofa didn’t scratch the floor.
Carlos and John were very friendly in my Lugg experience (first time user). They took care of my sleeper sofa with care and were great in taking the legs off to get it into the doorway.
Alisher and Carlos apparently had just run out of plastic wrap on their previous Lugg, so I just recommend to be over prepared in future. They did offer to pick more up on the way to delivery location to wrap in order to leave in my place, which is undergoing some dusty renovation work. I appreciated that but was worried I might be charged. They were friendly, efficient and took care with my sofa. Arrived in the estimated window and delivery went smoothly.

These fellas were awesome! They kept in contact and were right on time. Our sofa came as promised, clean and with no damage. These guys were so polite and friendly. I would definitely have them move any furniture of mine!

These guys were better than good. I highly recommend their work. My couch was bigger and door was smaller than expected and they worked very hard to get it in. They were very concerned about my wood floors as well. If there were more stars to give I'd rate them higher!
Wow I am so pleased and happy with this moving job! We realized veryyyy quickly that the couch was not fitting in with the railing on the second floor and they helped unscrew it and be very creative with getting it into my apartment! They were kind, pleasant, professional and determined which I greatly appreciated!! 12/10 would recommend!!
They noticed a dirty spot on my new brand couch and provided pictures (from the store) I’m going back to the store to get a discount! Thank you guys!

They took extra steps to ensure sure my couch was not damaged during moving by wrapping the corners and edges.
Friendly and moved things quickly. Had some bulky items like a couch I had to move upstairs in a narrow staircase and they did great.
They were very efficient, brought my couch up stairs with ease, and even made sure to take the wrapping that my couch was in, which was very helpful being that I don’t have a dumpster in my community. The couch came in perfect condition. They were very communicative, and all around wonderful to work with!

Super grateful for my two movers Hector and Rhidon this afternoon…they made a tedious move between two homes over an hour apart so much easier…They cheerfully loaded up everything I asked and treated it all with care and concern…not a scratch anywhere! I highly recommend them and would book their services again without hesitation.

I had an amazing experience with Lugg thanks to two incredible movers who went above and beyond. They moved a massive 200+ lb dresser upstairs (no easy task). They got creative and removed all the drawers to lighten the load and with some smart maneuvering (and a lot of muscle), they made it work. Not only did they handle the heavy lifting like pros, but they were also incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even helped move my old dresser downstairs which I really appreciated!
