Got a delivery from IKEA, and the store was not clear with the Luggers that there were other items at the IKEA warehouse. Gabriel and Cobey were gracious and understanding, and went back to pick up the other items quickly and without complaint. Great service.
Fast, respectful, and strong! Carefully brought my couch pieces into my apartment without dinging any walls. Called me when they were uncertain that Ikea had given me all of my order and we got things straightened out!
He informed me of his location, picking up items at Ikea, and when he would arrive, which was very useful to plan my schedule. He arrived exactly in the middle of the time originally estimated. He was pleasant as he was doing the work bringing in the heavy boxes. He let us know he could be available in the future before he left.
Fast and careful moving. Even when the Ikea app gave them wrong instructions they quickly contacted me and found the right locations in minutes. Friendly and efficient, Armondo and Orion delivered the goods way ahead of schedule.
They did a great job. They got their tip. Just communicate from IKEA could have been better. They had to make 2 trips.

Super job done by Nicolas and Brandon! They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!
Both were professional, friendly and helpful , going out of their way to make this work within our time frame and budget. We would definitely request them again. We also appreciate the affordability of Lugg’a services - great value for the money!
