Apparently the lugg workers picked up the table and dropped it in front of the house instead of inside. They had the information about the table and dimensions before getting it, and they accepted the delivery task, but then they said they could not complete the work. I think they should have called in for help or something else but not left the table in front of the home (it belongs inside). - Ellen

They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets.
