Steven and Steven were great! They were polite and very careful in their handling the refrigerator both at pick up and delivery. They used their best tools and strategies to be careful to protect my floors as well as the fridge. Thank you gentlemen, you're the best!
There was a dent in the back of the fridge that I hadn’t noticed. They tried to send me a pick of it (but for some reason it wouldn’t go through). But they called and explained the dent to me to make sure I was okay with it and for them to still deliver. They also made sure I saw it before they unwrapped the whole refrigerator to double check that I was okay with it. I was very pleased with their service.
Excellent service! Very friendly and handled my refrigerator with care. I needed extra steps done to get the fridge out of the house (removing fridge doors) and they were great with everything. Definitely would recommend their services again!
Ruslan is a great guy. Very personable. He went above and beyond what he was required to do to get a refrigerator into our raised-foundation house. We couldn't have done it without him! I'm putting down "no tip" only because we gave him the tip when he finished the job. He was wonderful and we wanted to tip him as soon as he finished.

I was telling Jesus how he is a God send.. I was praying to Jesus for help with this generator because it’s so heavy! N Jesus sent Jesus to let me know he’s answering my prayers 😄🙏🏼❤️ God is so good! N Jesus went out of his way for us! He helped us move the piano unplug the lamp behind it to make room for the generator next to the refrigerator n helped us push the piano back! Steven and Rene were fantastic, efficient and really nice. My husband's back was out and we had a sofabed in the garage that would barely fit through the door, plus a giant refrigerator and two other sofas to move in. Steven and Rene had a ramp and a big dolly to get the refrigerator up the stairs, plus blankets, etc. Everything went well. It was a real pleasure to see everything moved in and not have to do it ourselves.

they did the job very well, except they put my fridge on a side, because it was too tall for the van. I told them that having the fridge on a side is not good for the fridge, they lifted it and placed it diagonally... I hope that it will not affect my fridge eventually. That was the only concern I have. The rest went very well.

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
