Ramon and Jose were great! They took extreme care, making sure that nothing was damaged during the move of my refrigerator. They were both very helpful and friendly. I would definitely call Lugg again and request these two! Thank you Ramon and Jose!
they were helpful and friendly, but i wish ahmed had worn his mask in our home. i would also ask that when someone says they are moving a large appliance, in my case a refrigerator that they bring an appliance dolly. i ended up having to supply one, and at first they tried to move the fridge in our home without it leaving a scratch on our wood floors
Such great guys! They moved two refrigerators to different places in our garage plus some other awkward items navigating stairs and down our steep driveway. Super fast!
Arrived and unloaded the refrigerator exactly where I wanted it. Very polite and even managed to negotiate my crazy driveway.
They were right on time & notifications were sent letting me they would arrive within 10 minutes. They also were very professional & careful in the removal of our refrigerator.
These guys really went above an beyond to get the refrigerator in. I would love to work with them again!
Leon a s Devin were awesome!! fast, very efficient. we had to think of a new way to manuver my old fridge and they did it clean, easy and great. would definitely use them again! they saved the day for me! highly recommend lugg and these 2 fellas! thank you!!
John and Caleb were friendly and were careful in moving my fridge from one house to my house. They did a good job communicating their arrival time and communicating to each other to move safely and efficiently. Thank you for being attentive to detail and using the blanket to protect my floor.

They came prepared and got things done efficiently and quickly, and were unbelievably kind and helpful! Got everything wrapped up super safely, and even took the time to readjust this heavy cabinet when I realized it would fit better in another spot 🖤 can’t recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU!!!

Claudio and Malic were amazing!! We are doing a big move to another state and had a ton of heavy items to move into our uhaul along with a garage full of more heavy boxes. Both Claudio and Malic tackled EVERYTHING in 3 hours and organized everything into our uhaul so that it would be safe during our drive. They were very conscious about making sure all our important items were wrapped safely (even my beloved peloton!). I highly recommend both movers to tackle tough jobs!!
