The patio was also white was completely loose inside the van. The parts were separated from each other nothing was wrapped up. Luis and Patrick did an outstanding job. They were booked solid for the entire day, but instead of rescheduling, they persevered and arrived in the darkness of night to complete my job. Friendly, smart, accommodating, and efficient would describe their work ethic. In less than an hour, they had moved 5 incredibly large and heavy pieces of furniture (including 3 couches and a 8-foot oak dining table) up a narrow 17-step flight of stairs. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages.
