Darrell and Piero were fantatic. They waited hours outside at Mattress Firm warehouse and then drove over 2 hours to deliver the beds to us. When they arrived they were smiling and friendly and super efficient putting things into place. I give them the highest rating for their professionalism and friendliness. Darrell was particularly kind. I appreciated them both so much. Well done job. - Denyce
Delivered our mattress when Mattress Firm was unable to deliver it. In a thunderstorm too! Great job! - Davida
I'm a Mattress Firm employee so I always speak highly of lugg and use it quite often to help my customers, and using them today gave me the confidence to continue speaking so highly of lugg's employees. They were fast and efficient, and very polite. Prices aren't outrageous, and it's so quick it's well worth the price. - Maryjane
Jesus and Antony were efficient, thoughtful, careful, and knowledgeable in the moving and setting up of a remote-controlled platform bed. I plan to call upon them again. I am delighted that Mattress Firm recommended LUGG and consider myself one lucky person to have had Antony and Jesus carry out the move. - Toni
Samuel and Frank were pleasant from the word go. They wore masks to keep us and themselves safe. Everything was clean. They put everything together wonderfully and expediently. They were kind, funny, fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They were two super great guys. Couldn’t say enough good things about them. Would use Lugg and them specifically again in a heart beat. So glad Mattress Firm gave us the suggestion. - Kurt
I was told at mattress firm that they take all boxes away. Movers said they dont. Did a great job but you need to be on the same page as your vendors. - Anthony
Hector did a great job. He also let me know ASAP last night when there was a mistake on the part of Mattress Firm. He was very clear about the mistake and made it possible for me to make arrangements to correct it quickly. - Samuel
Lifesavers today!!! Mattress Firm could not deliver as promised, but suggested LUGG. Great service!! - Joanna
Mattress Firm screwed up our order and you guys came through picked up the ball and ran with it and we got a touchdown thank you guys so much great guys you got to five star, Thank you - Laurrie
Great guys who went above and beyond, the sales person at Mattress Firm said setting up the adjustable mattress base is easy, just put on the legs, and plug in, it is not that easy to assemble, Ken and Anarad assembled if for us which was a huge time saver. They were very courteous and proactive in helping and making sure we were happy. - Elizabeth
Did a great job, mattress firm was missing a piece from our order, and the guys waited with us to make sure it was resolved before we left. - Kevin
Amazing experience but mattress firm left the frame off the order! So we will be calling again!:) Also we need to pick up some items from ikea in Denver today. We will be arranging soon! Thank you! - Sue
Miroslav and Martin were extremely helpful and courteous. They turned a bad experience with Mattress Firm into a relaxing night sleep, and even set up the adjustable frame and put it where I wanted it in my room. Awesome dudes! - Emilee
Timely, friendly, kept us apprised of their locations. Very happy with their service. Not happy with their high prices...Mattress Firm would have cost us 60.00 to deliver and set up. By the way, we DiD give them a tip. - Phil
These two gentlemen’s took on a challenge!! They picked up a loft bed for me at Home Depot and brought it back to my home and assembled it. it was quite a challenge to build, but they both had positive attitudes and was able to pull through and put it together. - Jessica
Marcus and Anthony were amazing! Thank you so much for everything! My brother is super happy with his bed! - Joseph
Went above and beyond to move my stuff especially my bed frame up 2 flight of stairs. Very professional, communicative and innovative. - Leah
Ahat and Caleb were fantastic. They were careful with my items, friendly, and a good team. They loaded and unloaded (and climbed the one flight of stairs) all my things in 90 mins, as well as helped me rearrange some furniture that I couldn’t lift. Highly recommend. Would definitely hire again! 😊 - Kristin
They were great! Knew how to take apart the bed frame were very efficient and friendly and even problem solved getting the frame in at the drop off location. Would highly recommend. - Destiny
Courteous, kind, strong, had their own tools and were able to take apart a bed and desk to move it! I would hire again in a second! - Courtney
These guys worked so fast and efficiently. Anthony did an amazing job organizing and packing my car with such precision. It’s going to be so easy to find what I’m looking for when I need something. He left me with a clear field of vision from every angle. I have a 31 hour drive, so I appreciate feeling safe. Malik was friendly, kind, and incredibly hard working. The stairs are both steep and winding. Many of my belonging were incredibly heavy. With armfuls of items, Malik flew up and down those stairs like he had wings. After all of that, he even grabbed several bags of my garbage and took them down to the can. I’ve been running off of 3 hours sleep in 2 days, packing and cleaning nonstop. That act of kindness was very much needed and appreciated. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. - Amanda
Emmanuel and Noel were incredible - easy to coordinate with, good at problem solving, and upbeat and positive throughout the move. They hauled a heavy sofa bed up 3 flights of stairs with a smile in 90 degree heat. Would hire them again in a heartbeat! - Elizabeth
Quan and Javonte were great! They arrived on time! They securely secured the bed to the pick up truck and didn’t mind lugging it to the second floor of the complex. There was no elevator! Thank you for the help! - Amelia
I was a little concerned when the seller of the bed frame I purchased sent photos of it being loaded in the truck and informed me the mover had not wrapped anything and had placed the wood pieces on the concrete. But everything arrived okay and he was very helpful unloading it into the apartment. - ANIKA

Does Mattress Firm deliver the same day? Lugg is the official delivery partner of Mattress Firm for in-home delivery and setup, so if you'd rather sleep on the new mattress tonight, same-day mattress delivery with Lugg is how to get it home. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up mattresses, box springs, foundations and bed frames from Mattress Firm stores and carries them into your bedroom, the same day or on a day you schedule.
A mattress still in its box fits in any Lugg vehicle. A full-size mattress and box spring are a different job, because a box spring is a rigid frame and doesn't bend, so the tightest turn on the way to your bedroom matters more than the width of the front door. Twin, full and queen mattresses fit in a pickup truck, a cargo van, an XL or a box truck. A king mattress or California king doesn't fit in a cargo van, so book a pickup truck, an XL or a box truck, and size up one if the frame and headboard are coming too.
Lugg movers carry it up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways, set it in the room you choose, and can put the bed frame together while they're there. Enter the Mattress Firm store and your home address and you'll see your upfront estimate before anything is confirmed, with no hourly minimums. Lugg movers completed more than 1,700 Mattress Firm pickups in the past year, from more than 250 of its locations. Once you book, you can follow your Luggers on a live map from the store to your door.
