What happens if I book 1-Lugger and the item is too large for the Lugger to move on their own?
Our single Lugger option is for the customer that will assist with loading and unloading. If you are unable to assist or have someone at each location to assist the Lugger, your Lugger will request that you cancel your Lugg and book a 2-Lugger crew.
