10 STARS!!! Cannot say enough about Orandae. He was tasked with loading an impossibly heavy wardrobe (which was described - inaccurately - to me as "very light"). He was so incredibly kind and patient, and somehow never stopped smiling. He helped troubleshoot setting the wardrobe up (it came in multiple pieces) and even spent his time helping us level it to make sure it wouldn't tip over. DEFINITELY went above and beyond, and on his way out the door wished me a happy Mother's Day. I hope Lugg recognizes him - what a great guy.
