They arrived EXACTLY on time, to the minute, on a Friday afternoon in the middle of rush hour. Then they carried 2 extremely heavy boxes up a narrow staircase in the heat, and still had smiles on their faces after all this. But when my delivery window past I called the furniture Store and they apologized that the appointment was actually set for a week later. I was very disappointed. I could not find a phone number for Lugg, but I had downloaded the Lugg app and I noticed how easy it is to change your appointment time and date. So I looked for the soonest possible delivery and found the option for “today within one hour”! They were fast and efficient and super friendly. Once the drivers are on the way, then you can call and talk to them. Which I did, because I have a new address and wanted to make sure they found it.
