Almir & Brandon were AMAZING! They moved our furniture with care and respect gor our home. They packed our storage compartment perfectly, making use of each nook & cranny. They communicated well throughout the process and were very friendly. I will be requesting them for our next move.
Great first experience! We had the best, most efficient, friendliest team who came in, removed what we asked them to and delivered it to our storage. Would definitely use Lugg again and hope we get the same team!
Punctual, courteous and did an amazing job. All while dealing w/water dripping from the ceiling (indoor unit) I will be returning some things back to storage. I will ask to have David and Amir move me again!
These guys were super communicative during the whole move. They had to wait for my elderly dad to unlock a storage unit. They were super friendly to him and also had to deal with hauling an extremely awkward / load. These guys were thoughtful about what they were moving and respectful of how they were handling the items / navigating the house. A perfect move!!!
They worked so hard for us! We had a complicated move with some furniture going into a storage pod & some moving to another residence. Never once did I hear a discourteous or discouraging word from either of them! They were both good-natured & pleasant throughout the day. This is the best Lugg experience I have ever had. They got in, moved quickly and efficiently. Loaded the truck in about 45 minutes. Unloaded the truck at my storage unit in about 20 minutes. The placed the most important item to me exactly where I asked them to and expertly packet my 10x10 storage unit. Even had room left over! Great set of movers!!

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

They were prompt and courteous even before we ran into some struggle with the size of the couch and the arrangement of the doorway. Semisi was quick to brainstorm and had a tape measure handy to ensure fitting the couch through a window would work. Jamal was right there with assistance the whole time. Both movers had can-do attitudes and didn’t complain about carrying a couch all over the yard. 10/10 experience with these guys.
