Fantastic! There was an issue on the stores end and they were very patient and kind about it all. I will definitely use them again. 
On time; kept me informed by text; item was wrapped with moving blankets; item arrived in same condition as it was in store.

Awesome individual’s!!!! Were efficient and diligent. They actually noticed the store gave them the wrong order went back and rectified the situation. Extremely grateful they were the ones handling my order.
I received a call right when they left the store. I was running a bit behind and they were both very accommodating in waiting for me to arrive and receive my order. Will definitely like to use them in the future.
Since he arrived at the store (IKEA), he kept communication with me until he delivered at my house. He was super responsible with the arrival time, and also very kind.
Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.

The tracking of the delivery was very helpful. The patio chairs and table were relatively light.....but a bit bulky. Because we live in a Condo with crazy rules for deliveries and non resident entries, we met the delivery at the front door with luggage carts so they wouldn't be burdened with coming inside. They loaded the items onto the carts and we brought them inside and up the elevator. It worked out fine.
Timely in showing up and delivery. Friendly and careful. I’ll be happy to use their services in the future

Barry and Radoslav did a really great job. They had excellent communication keeping me updated every step of the way and letting me know their ETA well in advance. They even went above and beyond showing me a picture of the furniture to make sure it still looked okay. In addition they did a great job bringing it up to my apartment. Could have been happier with the delivery and service!!!

The delivery process was outstanding. Brian kept me up to date with the detail of the delivery. I received texts on expected delivery time and email contact for certificate of insurance needed for the delivery. Upon arrival, Brian took the time to speak with manager and everyone in the building to expedite the delivery. I am extremely great full to Brian for his patience, professionalism and wellness to solve small logistic problems from my building. He gets my outmost respect. I am sure Jesus helped Brian in the process. Overall , extremely satisfied with the full service. Thank you
