Greg and Erik were quick and careful with our move. I needed a sofa bed moved to my new apartment and they were kind enough to also include my new TV console. Their teamwork was awesome and they were so friendly and made the whole moving process great when it could’ve been stressful. We definitely recommend Lugg and this team for future movers. 
They were both super efficient and very careful in moving the heavy armoire and then TV console. Nice guys too. I told them it was probably the easiest job they had all day. Took them just over 10 minutes. I will definitely call them back when I have bigger jobs in the future.
Oscar was incredibly friendly, professional, and was very patient while I had an issue with Best Buy, who had the TV that we were moving. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs support in moving.

They were super friendly and respectful! I originally just needed help with a dresser, but they went above and beyond—helping with my two TVs and even assisting with boxes and crates. The only hiccup was that the TV mount was initially installed the wrong way, which added a bit of time, but they quickly fixed it without complaint. Overall, they were great to work with and definitely willing to do more if I needed it!
Aaron was clever about transporting a plant and very helpful with moving the TV Table . He got he quickly and was able to bring the furniture in very easily. A Real Winner!!

Martin and Gabriel are FANTASTIC. My TV was very carefully wrapped and transported smoothly. They were great about communicating with me every step of the way. They went above and beyond helping to place a very heavy TV in its final destination in my home. My entire LUGG experience was extremely positive. I will definitely use LUGG again!!!

Jobarea and Calvin were awesome.  They were great in plotting out the route to get to where it needed to go. They took extremely good care of my giant TV and made sure to avoid all obstacles. They were also really nice to us and to our animals. Can’t recommend them enough thanks again guys

Rigo and Jose were on time, friendly, and extremely helpful during the move. They worked with good teamwork and were quick with loading and unloading the van. Rigo was good with calculating how to move certain items and Jose was always careful with handling the items. They did what I could not and even offered extra help if I needed it like mounting my tv which was much appreciated!
I really enjoyed working with Nabor and Juan! They were friendly and seemed to work well together. I had a king size Casper mattress to move which was definitely the toughest part because of its weight and lack of shape. They disassembled and reassembled my bed frame which was a huge help, and figured out how to detach my water filter (added bonus). They also helped me with a dining table, night stands, dismounted my TV, and helped carry a bunch of smaller items. I am super grateful for their help - they made the final part of my move much easier! Thanks so much!!

Juan & Sam we’re very communicative during the process letting me know what was happening at the pickup location. They protective wrapped my furniture and gently placed it in my home. They even helped me move my tv onto the console. I would gladly request them again in the future.

Very on point with time and EXCELLED when it came down to handling and positioning a long entertainment tv stand down a very narrow walkway. I would highly recommend these 2 employees of LUGG be given an added bonus for the weekend because they, above others, deserve it. 10 points to Gryffindor.
They were absolutely awesome very good at what they do, not realizing that the wheels on the TV stand were most likely decorative one of them did come off while they were pushing it on the wheels. Not their fault they didn’t know, and they did try to repair it but did not have all the right tools. It’s a bummer cause it’s probably gonna cost money to get somebody to come and repair it other than that they were great :-)

In constant contact. Very thoughtful- they were obsessed with not damaging my walls so took the pieces apart and reassembled them when they reached the spot to place them. They engaged so well with each other, it was obvious they enjoyed working together. I wish you would advertise on TV for your company. HGTV, Food Network... channels that people wanting this service watch. I’d never heard of Lugg until Living Spaces referred them to me. These guys did an exceptional job and were proud of their work. I tipped them $25.00 each so when I hit “no tip” it isn’t a reflection of their work!!!
