Ramon and Gabriel were incredible. Truly 100/10. After a really bad experience with a previous Lugg booking (not with them), I was honestly a little hesitant—but they completely restored my faith. They were efficient, fast, and worked so hard the entire time. On top of that, they were kind, communicative, and just genuinely great to be around during what can be a stressful move. I would book Ramon and Gabriel again in a heartbeat—any day. If you’re lucky enough to get them, you’re in very good hands.
The whole process was great. The drivers were prompt and courteous. They beat me home from the store and were waiting at the door ready to bring it in.
Javier and Daniel were efficient, professional and went above and beyond by moving a very heavy dresser from the store into our home. Highly recommend them and I plan to use them in the future when we move next.
Alex and Isaac came through big time for me when I had a bit of an emergency at work. We had to wait while the store prepared our order (completely my fault) and they didn’t complain once. They were extremely helpful in getting everything loaded and unloaded and were on top of everything without needing to ask for help or having someone direct them. These guys are professionals in every sense of the word and I’d be ecstatic if I had help of this caliber only half the time.

Alfonso and Tommy were so mindful, considerate, fast and kind. They were sure to double and triple check that my couch was placed where I wanted it to be and were very careful around corners and with other furniture. We had them pick up our couch from a thrift store with no issues and we were very happy with their service. Cannot recommend them enough!

They were very nice and did a good job. I sent an email earlier to your email to tell you the name of the place and the suite number. We communicated and I again gave the same message to them. It took longer than I thought because we verified it by phone. I’m not sure why the price went up so much. Your original temporary estimate was about $99. I thought the most it could be was maybe $138. The mileage from pickup to my place is 11-12-or 13 at the most. I had no idea when first quoted they drove from so far away. The store they picked it up from had someone who quoted me $140 but he was not available. I probly would not use your service again because the pricing was not clear. The guys were very very nice.

There was a problem at the pick up point (furniture store) with the staff having released the furniture item to the wrong customer the day before. Tony called me and explained what was going on. He put the store clerk on the phone to further explain what happened. Then he made sure they found a matching table among their stock so they could deliver the goods expected. I tipped them both for resolving that problem with the furniture store. I was impressed.

I was blown away with their work ethic! Within minutes of my purchase at the furniture store, they were in route and beat us to our place of residence! They went the extra mile and I could not say enough about how happy I am with their service
Edwin is by FAR THE best Lugger ! And he is part of the reason I continue to use Lugg. There was a mishap (on the stores part) and he immediately called, sent me pictures and gave me his opinion on moving forward. He kept me in the loop every step of the way from arrival to drop off. He was very delicate with the furniture and showed me the instructions on what the store gave him regarding the mishap. I could tell he really cares about his job, not only by his actions, but also by the way he took care of his equipment and his pickup truck at the end of the delivery. If I could request Edwin again, I definitely would !
When the store told me they didn’t have delivery, I almost decided to forget about buying the sofa at all. They introduced a couple of options, and Lugg was the most user-friendly one. I was worried that I might have to pay a lot to move the sofa to my house or that the final cost might be higher than the initial estimation. But I am happy with the experience I had with Lugg.
