Super prompt, professional & quick! We need to move our couch downstairs to the curb, and we live in a weird SF apartment. The guys were respectful of the space, and handled the couch like pros. Thank you! - Stephanie
Luis and Emanuel were great! Efficient and friendly. I had issue with the elevator so they had to do extra work to move the couch. Thank you for your great service! - Ari
Andrei & Lucas were a great team that moved my couch from one spot across town to another! Highly recommend them for their efficiency and good vibes! - Maazi
Friendliest guys. Dealt with a tough situation with a huge couch and a tight corner, and did an amazing job - Alex
They did a nice job. Very communicative, respectful and efficient. Would have loved if they had wrapped the couch frame prior to moving it, but I did not ask or request this in advance so that is likely on me. - Julia
Taurean and Kristian were very communicative and provided updates on he delivery. They delivered and set up the couch quickly. And cleaned up as well. They are super professional and experts at moving. - Helen
Ryan and Servio were great. They wrapped up the couch well to protect it. They were fast, worked hard, and good dudes. - Sean

I loved working with Lugg! They wrapped my couch and table so efficiently upon pickup, and set them up good as new in my apartment. The ability to loop in the seller to the movers ETA made the transaction seamless. Can’t wait to use Lugg again! - Erin
John and Marcus were absolutely wonderful! We needed last-minute help moving several heavy pieces of furniture, including a couch up the stairs, and they got everything done in an amazing amount of time. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. What had turned into a stressful situation for us was handled so quickly and easily once they arrived. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would absolutely use John and Marcus again and highly recommend them. Thank you both so much! - Leslie
Kenny and Joseph were fantastic. They were on time, efficient, and so kind to work with. Lugg is an amazing service! I bought a pull out couch from FB marketplace and they met me at the location and easily helped me transport the item. I will definitely be using lugg again! Thank you Kenny and Joseph ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars! - Sami
Highly recommend Juan and Paulo! They were incredibly fast and took amazing care of our furniture. They carefully wrapped our desk and even put extra wrap on our couch to make sure it was fully protected. Expert, friendly, and efficient—we couldn't have asked for better movers! - Claudine
Super efficient and took great care of my couch. Everything went smoothly and they made the whole process really easy. - Hazel
When most movers probably would have thrown in the towel, these guys persevered and got the job done! Their task was to pick up a very bulky couch from my parents’ house and deliver it to my son’s apartment. And when I say the passageway into his apartment was narrow… I mean NARROW! 😂 They never gave up. They carefully disassembled the couch, somehow maneuvered it through the tight space, and then reassembled it once they got it inside. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. They were hardworking, determined, careful, and incredibly professional. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to do the job right. 5-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers. They earned every one of those stars! - Zaina
Was very impressed with their ability to navigate a tight entryway to fit our couch!! Definitely recommend!! - Regan
Tomas and Luis performed a miracle getting a huge couch up my narrow building stairs. Expert movers. Thank you! - Natalie
Demarion and Ancil were truly my heroes today! After multiple failed delivery attempts with Taskrabbit, they were my last hope. They managed to maneuver an extremely heavy and large couch up multiple flights of stairs without AC. I truly cannot thank them enough! - Sydney
Fast, careful on the stairs, and helped with an extra couch without hesitation. Would book Alfredo and Billy again. - Steve
