Upon picking up my dining room set from Living Spaces, Gerardo and Ramiro noticed a table leg was broken. Had they not noticed I would have been stuck with a broken table. They went above and beyond to communicate with me and were still able to deliver my chairs and bench.
I like these buddies’ work pretty much! They arrived even several minutes earlier than the reserved time, making our pick-up at Living Spaces very smoothly. Arriving at the destination, they expressed professionalism in estimating the feasibility of moving through the front door. They did great job in geometry, smartly separating the removable cushions minimizing the dimension. An efficient work! Thanks to Yuri and Mario!
They were Nice. Very careful with piece. They drove from Oakland. Now, the first Lugg I scheduled that day called me and said my piece would not fit in the van. They were in Bay Area too , it was the 74 dollar size. So I had to drive to Living Spaces and cancel their trip. Then because of what they said , I had to order the XL. Let me tell you that my six foot sideboard would have fit a 8 foot van. I think they did not want to drive to Manteca. That cost me double for this delivery.
The team went above and beyond these guys are fantastic. The idea of regular moving is now antiquated with Lugg. We didn’t have to wait in line at living Spaces to pick up her things we just uploaded the invoices. Benjamin and Jose took care of the rest saved us an entire half day of wasted time. They were so efficient and were able to bring much of the furniture we had upstairs as we desired. Again this is a different business model old junky moving vans andOld style movers are a thing of the past now with Lugg.
We were fortunate to have Michael and Charles as our delivery guys as we ran into issues with living spaces. They had initially released the wrong furniture to them and even drove it to our house. Michael and Charles returned the furniture to living spaces, received the correct order, and even worked out the issues with lugg and living spaces for us. What could’ve turned into a huge headache was resolved without us having to do anything. They are much appreciated.
They communicated directly with me when Living Spaces requested a copy of the receipt and phone #. Ver

Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.

The offload job was difficult and this team did it very quickly! Again many thanks to Homer & Kevin for taking such good care of my belongings & for their great attitude. I tipped $50 cash (to be split) at the end of the job & left $130.00 tip to be split between the 2 movers on the Lugg website. An excellent job!! Highly recommend Kevin & Homer !! They handled my belongings with care, asked me when I wanted to have my furniture wrapped in plastic or blankets, and worked for 5 hours without one complaint. It was a hot day too!! I ordered the LUGG Box (16ft truck) and that did the trick for my 675 sq ft apartment. I had a lot of stuff and they managed to move me into my new spot with zero challenges. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. Couldn’t have done this move without them. Thank you William and Henry. 11/10!!
Asseem and Samir were great! It was very tricky to get the couch they were delivering to me through my front door, but they were persistent and made it work without damaging my furniture. Would highly recommend!
