Daniel and Jabir were extremely helpful! They called me from the IKEA store to verify that they had picked up the right order, responded to my text asking them to call me when they reached my apartment, called me when they did reach, and helped me bring around 11 items (including large pieces of furniture like my bed, desk, and nightstand) up to my apartment! They also got everything done in less than 20 minutes. Could not be more happy!
Exvellent attention to detail, timeliness, and customer service. Ikea had a damaged box in the items for delivery. Joshua and Darwin got a replacement before leaving the store. Great job!
Communication, friendly, went the extra mile when a box was damaged at the store (not b/c of them) to get the store to replace it for me before they left for the delivery
Very efficient and nice guys...the store was actually closed when they arrived but they, knocked on the door and delivered my furniture!
They sent a picture of the boxes before they left the store, which showed one of the boxes was somehow damaged. My own picture showed no such damage. They replace the damaged piece with another, and made the delivery, placing the heavy boxes in the upstairs bedroom. They could have just made the delivery for me to go through the hassle of exchanging the damaged merchandise, but their quality service saved me the time and money, for which I am very grateful. Thank you!
Delivery was so faster than I imagined. They delivered my mirror even before I got back home from the store myself! I will definitely use this service again!
The delivery arrived on time, but it was my bad because I fell asleep. However, Samuel & Jerome didn't give it up to reach me out (calling, texting, knocking the door and recording it and sending it to me). I am so grateful for their persistence, otherwise my stuffs would have been returned back, and I would have been charged for an attempt to delivery and costs for returning the stuffs back to the store. Thank you for your hard work, delivery men. I really appreciate it.

Jahlil arrived later than expected because the Lugg app directed him to the delivery location, not the pick up location. Neither Jahlil nor I could raise anyone at Lugg to help, since they do not have a support line for either Luggers or customers -- "Contact Us" is exclusively email. This is an abject failure of customer support. Jahlil and I talked to one another on the phone and got him to my house. During what must have been a very frustrating experience, Jahlil was calm, patient, and courteous. He delivered my goods. I would happily hire Jahlil again. I cannot say the same for Lugg. Putting drivers out on their own without support is exploitative. Failing to have a customer help line is reason to use an different another delivery service.
Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service!
