the communication throughout the process was beyond excellent. outside of that, watching these 2 carry the furniture was beyond painful. it was lime watching the movie “Dumb and Dumber” in slow motion. Every step taken was met with one of them bumping into my car, then the front door and wall. - Claudine

I left them cash tip. Good job. They were very friendly. My only advice is to consider covering furniture with blankets when they move as an extra layer of protection. I have also seen other movers use shoulder straps to help make the move easier. - Michael
Eileen and Nygee were great! Eileen figured out how to get furniture into my basement despite my very small doorways. However, I’m not happy with Lugg’s system of assigning Luggers. If you tell customers that they’re “booking” a one hour delivery period, you should be able to deliver within that window or close to it. I waited in an empty house for four and a half hours without any useful information from Lugg. An hour after the time period that I booked had passed, I contacted Lugg customer service on line, and waited 49 minutes (after being greeted by a bot who said she’d put a representative on the line) before receiving a message that my Luggers were on the way to pick up my delivery. (They were a half hour away from the pickup location.). Despite the pleasant efficiency of Eileen and Nygee, I doubt I’ll use Lugg again. - Emily
