They went above and beyond! It was much larger than the store originally conveyed, and they handled my stairs like a pro. I am so so so appreciative!
Timothy and Alex were awesome!! I had to move several substantial items from my son’s apartment to a storage unit and they were so skilled in helping to disassemble pieces work with small entries and tetrus is all into a pretty tight space. And gave me a moving blanket to make sure my pieces weren’t scratched while stored. I can’t praise them enough. They made this stressful last minute move go super smooth.
They communicated about a small delay ( it was not their fault as the store did not open until 9:30 am). They were careful and helpful as they brought the cabinet into my apartment. They were friendly but also respectful. As they asked if I need anything else. I can highly recommend them and Lugg !! Thank you. Pat Chinn
They were great. Picked up out new sofa, brought it to our house and even set it up. They noticed the old sofa in the garage and asked if we were wanted it taken to the consignment store ( which we did). They waited while we set up the second job and off they went with it. Easy peasy. PS We tipped them with cash and again on-line.
The team did a great job bringing my sofa very fast from the store. They tried multiple configurations to try and fit the chaise through the staircase landing.
Ah I wish there’s a way to save them as my favourite designated luggers!! I needed to move a very heavy one-piece couch from the furniture store to my place and honestly wasn’t sure if two people would be enough to move it. But Carlos and Shane did it! (And they even helped fixed one of my entry doors that wouldn’t open:’). Thank you so much Carlos and Shane!
Dealing with misinformation and delays at Habitat for Humanity store. Delivered extremely heavy products, up 2 flights of stairs very carefully.
Excellent service! Friendly and very helpful. When they were picking up the couch at store they notice it was damaged and sent me a picture of a rip that was not there when purchased. They went above and beyond! Waited for me at the store, so I could see if I still wanted it. Great guys and saved me $$! Thanks Joaquin and Sultan!

Benson & Darren picked up a large console from an antiques store and delivered it to a second floor bedroom. I also hired them to move some furniture out of the same bedroom to a garage. They were very professional and super nice guys! They handled my furniture with care, paying attention to not scratch it or hit walls or other surfaces in my home. They were also very efficient! I would highly recommend them!!!!
He was on time, courteous and had excellent customer service skills. Carefully and skillfully packed my items and took them to the consignment store.

Both men were responsible, respectful, kind and very helpful in helping place the furniture items in their designated spot. This was a great experience working with Lugg and these guys. This was my first time using Lugg and I must say that I was very impressed by their care in handling my new couch as if it were their own. Additionally, they were more than punctual. My estimated pick up time was between 3-4 pm, but they got to the store well before that time and were on their way to deliver at my apartment by 3:30. Fantastic!! Would highly recommend!
Notified me of chips that I’d overlooked before purchasing my console. I was able to go meet them at the store and get a discount. They were very friendly too!
My guys waited on our behalf at IKEA and helped us resolve the store's blunder. Good dudes, great service!

When they went to pick up my piece of furniture, they noticed it had been damaged in the back. They snapped a pic and sent to me ahead of time to ensure I still wanted it. They also discussed with the manager and communicated with her on my behalf. The store ended up giving me a $75 discount due to the damage. I truly appreciate the guys looking out for me!
