They arrived at store promptly. They wrapped the buffet securely and protected it from the weather. They put the furniture in place and cleaned up. They were courteous and friendly.

Furniture wouldn’t fit and they made sure we were taken care of…helped us navigate an app that wasn’t helpful, texted a colleague to help us out and made sure they could take back the furniture to the store. They were the best.

They went above and beyond! IKEA made a huge mistake and only gave them half of my order. They went back to the store, and were persistent in getting IKEA to pull everything again because IKEA said they couldn’t find the order. They kept me informed of the progress the entire time, and made sure they got my entire order to me later that day.
