Alexis was excellent because he came to my rescue when the original lugger fell through, I’m guessing. Lugg called him on his day off and he still came to help. This was my first time using the app and I wasn’t pleased with the timing because they came 3 hours after my originally scheduled time; however, that was of no fault of Alexis! (At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful.
