Very kind and generous movers, they took the couch down a flight of stairs at the original location and then up an additional two more at my final destination. Very grateful for their help.

For me— the Lugg pricing structure was unclear. I thought the stated $45 rate was for a first portion of the job not to JUST SHOW UP. I was charged $45 to book and then $54 to do the work at $105 total. The fee was ok but this was not at all explained when I booked the service. When I booked it said “$45 plus $1.49 for additional work.” The men came to my address and carried my furniture up 4 flights. So: the $45 was to drive to me + $54 up 4 flights. That’s all a bit steep for an **extremely** simple job for 1 piece of furniture. ***THIS IS NOT A CLEAR FEE STRUCTURE.
