Wallace & Adam were great. They were knowledgeable in what could go to the junkyard, stay for City of Santa Monica Bulky Pickup and donated to The Salvation Army. They quickly and efficiently helped me disassemble my shower caddy to pack into a moving box, clear/haul away donations in the garage and haul bulky pickup items to the alley pickup area. Extra points for clearing the garage of garbage. Than you both so much while I was panicking about not getting everything out in time. I appreciate so much service arrival within the hour.

These guys made getting rid of stuff during a move MUCH less stressful than it could have been. They shared their knowledge about local donation centers so I could make sure everything was accepted (and avoid paying for several boxes to be hauled out to junk/the dump); it turns out my stuff would have definitely been turned away at the two closest goodwills, so I was really grateful for their friendliness and expertise.

You claim to offer junk removal services, but this is false. Due to the minute-by-minute charge structure, I was charged far more than expected. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable. I had selected Recology Mountain View as the destination (it was featured on the app for junk removal) but it turned out this location didn’t take furniture. Franklin and Roland knew of a different place to dispose of the old furniture and rerouted the destination. Everything went so smoothly thanks to them!!
Khalid and Raynief came to clear some old wood furniture, umbrella and other stuff from our roof deck. They were great. It started to rain and they kept on, and then it turned out that the junk yard was closed. They found another place which was a relief.

The team went above and beyond these guys are fantastic. The idea of regular moving is now antiquated with Lugg. We didn’t have to wait in line at living Spaces to pick up her things we just uploaded the invoices. Benjamin and Jose took care of the rest saved us an entire half day of wasted time. They were so efficient and were able to bring much of the furniture we had upstairs as we desired. Again this is a different business model old junky moving vans andOld style movers are a thing of the past now with Lugg.

They were quick and clear and friendly. One thing I would suggest that the company do: make it clear, for junk removal, that the Luggers will pay the fee and then have it added to the customer's bill. I had assumed I'd have to drive to the dump as well so as to pay the fee!
