They were very professional and friendly. They verified job details, determined the best way to move forward. There was hardware with the bed. They asked for a ziplock bag to keep the hardware with the bed. They kept me informed regarding arrival. Will definitely use them again!

They took extra special care with the furniture moving and placement in the store! When there was a narrow spot to move , they were excellent problem solvers! I highly recommend these Luggers! these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.
