Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

Great luggers. On time, efficient. Quickly delivery from store and helped put the boxes inside for me. Very happy with their service. They were also friendly and professional.

Good communication about timing of pickup and delivery. Were also very flexible when I needed to meet them at the store to coordinate pick-up.

I’d like to ask them if they can assemble a table and chairs from IKEA and a microwave stand from another store in a week or so?

Picked up my huge boxed item that wouldn’t fit in my vehicle within the hour at the store. They delivered it to my home and placed it were I wanted. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this service and would be more than willing to use them again if needed.

Best mover experience ever! Ted & Joey were very efficient, helpful, friendly & professional! They moved a heavy large lateral file cabinet from an office store to my home. They were very patient as I attached felt pads to prevent scratching my refinished hardwood floors. I fully trusted their expertise. Well worth the money!!

Abdul noticed a price discrepancy during pickup between what I was charged and what was displayed at the store. He went out of his way to contact me about it and get the store to credit me the difference. Thank you!

Omar caught a defect in my table at pick up point and Manager of store was able to replace table . They saved me a lot of trouble !

This was my first time using Lugg and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The drivers arrived within the estimated time frame, brought my item from the store with no problem, and were friendly and professional.

Ted was willing to go above and beyond to help move a piece of furniture that needed to be returned and he also returned to the store voluntarily and without complaint when the store forgot to include a piece of furniture and mounting hardware that should have been included in the original delivery.
