They agreed to move a loveseat out of my living room that was not picked up by Habitat for Humanity as agreed to make room for the sofa they brought me. They were careful, respectful and very thoughtful in how they navigated a small space.
Even when there was an unexpected change in location for Habitat for Humanity, they were happy to help and bring it to the next spot so that my couch could be donated. Thank you so much to them both!
I had what I thought was a simple situation for furniture donation drop off at Habitat for Humanity. Turns out they don’t accept bed frame (high quality wood) by itself. Diego was helpful in navigating the situation.

Great attitude. Handled the job quickly. Keep me up-to-date about their location coming here and then also the status of them dropping off the couch at Habitat for Humanity. I guess there was a delay because habitat didn’t open till 930 but they called me and informed me and I told him that that was fine I understand there will be additional billing these guys are great

To me, it was amazing how quickly they accomplished “the job” and how thoroughly it was done. They were not just on time, they were earlier than their quoted time. They broke down the furniture and even promised to send me the donation receipt if they couldn’t come back to give it to me. Wallace & Adam were great. They were knowledgeable in what could go to the junkyard, stay for City of Santa Monica Bulky Pickup and donated to The Salvation Army. They quickly and efficiently helped me disassemble my shower caddy to pack into a moving box, clear/haul away donations in the garage and haul bulky pickup items to the alley pickup area. Extra points for clearing the garage of garbage. Than you both so much while I was panicking about not getting everything out in time. I appreciate so much service arrival within the hour.

Guadalupe worked smartly and efficiently. After seeing my load for donation he offered a second stop at the dump if my donation wasn't accepted. This saved me time and effort.
He was amazing! He was super effecient and friendly! Very willing to go above and beyond with extra little tasks which was so helpful. He also called the donation drop off place before he got to mine to confirm they’re open and accepting donation which was above and beyond! I for sure will use him again :)
The movers were great. Your website however was misguiding. I wanted my one item donated or thrown away. I live out of state and am not familiar with the where to donate or discard items. Your website brought up a number of sites for donations and I picked the one closest to the moving site to reduce cost. The movers called me from the address that I had gotten from your website and there was a different business there. He had to do his own research to find an alternative. Needless to say, I had to add time and distance to my original bill. This is the second issue I have had with the company website. If only there were someone to talk to. The movers both times have been great.

Fred and Conor were amazing. I was trying to donate some furniture that I needed to get rid of ASAP and they helped me out tremendously by identifying another donation location when the local goodwills weren’t accepting furniture. They were fast, efficient, communicative and professional.
Diego and Dell must efficiently and carefully loaded all of our donations into the truck. They arrived well within the stated ETA. At the donation site, they were helpful in making certain all of our items were accepted. They looked out for our concerns and Luggs concerns. This is true customer service!
Juan and Maylon were great! They carried some very heavy furniture and they did a good job communicating what was going on at the donation site. They were a huge help today!
John was great and helped us move some donation items! In the end, some items were not accepted and John helped get them back to us with grace!
