It was late on a Friday evening and Christopher and Isiah showed up!! I needed two, big strong guys to do a tough job and I got exactly that, with a couple of added benefits. Both guys were thoughtful, helpful, resourceful, and both had a great sense of humor. It was dark, a lot of uneven stairs, heavy appliances, small doors--We needed muscles, teamwork and friends and we got all that, so HUGE THANK YOU to Isiah and Christopher for helping my family. My best to both of you in life and I will be recommending LUGG for the rest of my life; just a great service. We called in a pinch and they got us these two gentlemen in a huge hurry. Just top notch from the very first call, dispatcher, she could not have been more pleasant, helpful, cheerful, efficient...to the guys who showed up for us, the whole experience was EXCELLENT. Here's my new bumper sticker: LOVE LUGG! Thanks Everybody!

My lugg movers arrived at the promised time. They were very courteous and efficient in loading the things I needed moved. My drop off location changed as there was some confusion. But my movers did not show any concern and helped me to get to the correct location. The lugg app helped as the destination changed. The whole place process including the drop off went smoothly even though I had to change the location of the drop off. I am very happy that I chose the lugg movers for my move.

Isiah and Marquail were polite, helpful, and were a pleasure to work with. Now Lugg, the company, is questionable. How can you send 2 guys from New Haven to West Springfield to move 2 items 5 miles!?? The $96 paid for this service was an awful business decision. There is no waythe company of the movers made any money from this trip. Lugg needs to revisit your logiatical decisions. Would not have hired your company if I knew you were coming from New Haven.
Isiah and Chris were incredible! They were so kind and friendly! And they were very experienced movers who work really hard. They helped me unload some heavy items from a truck and then they moved those items into my house. I appreciated that they wanted to scope out the route they’d take to bring everything in first (instead of just diving right in). They were thoughtful and careful and treated these household items as if they were their own. They were also conscientious and went above and beyond. When the plans changed, they went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up the way it needed to be. I’m very grateful for all of their help! Thank you, Chris and Isiah!
I wasn't there but both the pick up and delivery went really well, reported from both sides. Seems kind of high for pickup labor -- one hour for a table and 10 chairs? -- though I know they wrapped them. But maybe that's a lot of time. However, I heard they were very thorough and careful. The price here is a bit more than I expected, plus we tipped, but I guess it was worth it because you had the COI. Thanks to both of the movers.

This was my first time using this service and Luquan and Paul were great! I can't believe how quickly I got my furniture. I bought it a couple of hours ago and it's now at my house and they took great care setting it up to avoid damage. I will definitely use the service again!

They were a little apprehensive once they seen the mattress. However my son and I assisted which was the plan. Good hard working team without any complaints just got it done..I didn't tip on the site however did tip them in person.
