they were helpful and friendly, but i wish ahmed had worn his mask in our home. i would also ask that when someone says they are moving a large appliance, in my case a refrigerator that they bring an appliance dolly. i ended up having to supply one, and at first they tried to move the fridge in our home without it leaving a scratch on our wood floors
They were great and rolled with the punches getting two big appliances in to the house. They showed up with no notice after the first luggers bailed on me. Thank you guys!!

Jason was on time, friendly and flexible - we were picking up a washer and dryer from someone else and he helped us problem solved how to get it out of their apartment. He also had tools he didn’t necessarily need to bring that helped us when we needed them.

Bennie and Ahmed were very professional and helpful. They had to move a HUGE, HEAVY jukebox into a basement down narrow stairs. They had a great attitude about it, and it was a hard job. They also had to move a dryer from one house into another and although we couldn't fit it down the stairs, they handled the problems with ease and didn't want to give up! They were able to pivot the job and helped to figure out an alternative. I would highly recommend them and request to use them again.

Safely moved a very awkward, heavy box from a delivery truck to my garage. Arrived early, got everything done very fast and worked well with the delivery driver. Thank you!
There was a mixup with regards to scheduling. I had asked for one Lugger to help me with hanging Christmas lights. When they arrived, they said that they couldn't stay because they had to make a delivery. The error was clearly not their fault but the scheduling team. When I told Jose that I had made the appointment 5 days earlier and I couldn't reschedule (rain was going to start again the next day), Jose stepped in and said that he would stay and give me an hour or so of his time. He wanted to make sure that I was happy. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a scheduling problem with Lugg (have been using them for 3+ years). The important thing was that Jose wanted to step in and remedy the scheduling problem. We worked very quickly and got everything finished in a little over an hour. Bottom line: Jose saved the day & I really appreciated his willingness to help me out despite the error in scheduling. NOTE: I suggest that the schedulers at Lugg actually read the notes/comments that are made concerning the tasks to be done. I specifically said that it would take 2 - 3 hours.
Excellent communication and quicker furniture delivery than even most food orders. They picked up and dropped off from the east side to west side faster than Uber Eats/Door Dash for next door burgers. Once here, they placed the furniture smoothly and quickly without any scratches to our property or furniture!
