I booked Justin and Nathan on Lugg to pick-up and drop-off some large appliances. They were both fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend them. They were both punctual, professional, courteous and diligent. They definitely went above and beyond and made it a great experience from start to finish.
Demarion and Ancil did a great job moving our appliances! They were very efficient and made sure we didn’t have to pay for wasted time.
Jason & Lawrence did a great job and also reminded me not to plug in the refrigerator for 24 hours. I would ask them to move my stuff again.
Jose and Joshua were fantastic. We were in a bind and needed to move a refrigerator with last minute notice otherwise it was going to delay the closing of our house. They were careful, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. No rushing, no damage, no complaining just straight-up professional work. They communicated well, protected the units and walls, and made what could’ve been a stressful move feel straightforward. If you’re booking through Lugg, ask for Lawrence and Rami by name. I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again.
