Many thanks to Roberto and Ricardo. They are skillful movers and cheerful, too. Pickup went smoothly. Dropoff at Goodwill hit a snag, but was resolved with help from Roberto and Ricardo. (At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.
Edward and Lamin were great. We needed a large hutch moved for donation and just couldn't do it ourselves. They were prompt, efficient and personable. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future jobs!

I ordered transport that turned out to be a bit small for the load, and at first we thought we would need another whole vehicle, but they studied the problem and found a way to fit everything in. Then many of the pieces were unwieldy and required disassembly or special wrapping, and they tackled every challenge with great skill and aplombe, and did I say, great good spirits and the friendliest of service. I cannot say enough about them, and I’m loving Lugg!
