Asseem and Samir were absolutely fabulous. They did a very good job and delivered the sofa in a perfect state. They helped me install the sofa in the house. They when over expectations by calling me when they arrived on site to tell me the sofa was in great condition so that I could pay using Venmo the family I bought the sofa from on Facebook Marketplace. I recommend them highly.

Lugg saved the day! I went to pick up a chair I bought on Facebook marketplace and realized it didn’t fit in my car. When I went on Lugg app to try yo arrange them to move the chair, I was expecting wouldn’t be availability until later, but the truck showed up in sub 10 minutes, the time of an Uber! Value the real-time booking and the staff is always super friendly and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about Lugg!

They loaded in their truck and it arrived safely at my apartment. They were kind, respectful and time efficient! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! :)

I’ve been using Lugg for the last 5 years, from small moves, large purchases on Facebook Marketplace, and most recently, my entire apartment needed extra hands to help clear out. While I’ve always had an easy and convenient with Lugg, Omar & Jesse really made this experience stellar. I needed my entire apartment cleared out and they did the damn thing. They safely carried all my items (boxes, couch, bed, credenza, etc.) from my 3rd floor apartment all the way down to my UHaul in busy, congested San Francisco. They strategically maneuvered through my cramped apartment and carefully placed each piece of furniture in my 15 ft UHaul, considering placement and space needed to fit everything. Omar & Jesse were very pleasant and professional but also easy going and understood my situation. They made certain the job would get done. I’m extremely pleased with Lugg especially their wizards Omar & Jesse. Thank you for making this stressful move an absolute breeze. I appreciate you both for really easing the burden and doing a hella great job.
Mario and Murilo are quite possibly two of the best Luggers to exist. We had the most seamless and efficient move of a Facebook marketplace couch, to a degree that I did not know was possible. Mario and Murilo beat us to our pickup location and had already started to move the couch within the 2 minutes it took for us to arrive. The entire process took under 40 minutes, including the 20 minute drive between the two locations. They braved our 50 steep stairs with an excellent attitude and strategy. I have never been more impressed by 2 movers in my entire life (24 years). I would trust them with my life and all of my belongings. 12/10 could not recommend enough
These guys were super nice and very efficient. They offered to bring my item inside and they wrapped our item so nothing would damage it on the way. I want to always use this app. My husband will never strain his back again and I can buy anything I want on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace without a complaint!
