Freddy and Eric did a great job with moving a dresser purchased from facebook marketplace! They were quick and went above and beyond by throughly wrapping the piece. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased two wrought iron tables from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Ramiro and John provided professional service They arrived timely to the pickup location; loaded the tables into the van; and patiently waited with me while I waited for my Uber driver to pick me up and transport me to my apartment. Upon arrival of my Uber, Ramiro and John then followed my Uber car from the pickup location to my apartment, where they unloaded the two tables, delivered the tables to my apartment, and placed both tables in my apartment where I requested. This was of tremendous help to me as the tables are very heavy.
Anton was great and provided spectacular delivery service. He communicated his location several times during the process and handled our furniture with great care. Overall, it was a thoroughly positive experience.

The guys were great. The service (Lugg) itself, for a first time user, was awful. I had a delivery window of 3-4pm and my items arrives at almost 9pm. If it wasn’t for the movers being so kind and friendly I probably would never use this app again but they made the experience better.

This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!

They did amazing problem solving to move it safely and quickly upstairs. They were so helpful and fast. I would use them again to move anything! Fantastic!
