The guy who brought the delivery was great. However lug was abysmal and I’ll never use your service again. I had two logs scheduled. Both were to arrive at the destination between one and 2 PM I didn’t hear a word on either until after 1 PM when I was both were finishing other deliveries but would be to their destination by 2 PM. I’ve learned that that’s cold for we don’t have anyone to send but we’re still working on finding someone. Meanwhile I had to change the pick up address of one. I clicked edit. Added the new address. Chose the address from the field you generated. Clicked update. It said it had successfully updated, then immediately reverted back to the wrong address I repeated this no less than 15 times. Somethings messed up with your program. So I emailed several times trying to get someone that I could alert to the fact that you were going to send the truck to the wrong place. I heard nothing from anyone with Lugg until I got a phone call from the loggers saying they had arrived at the location. Of course it was the wrong location. I told them about the disaster that is your app, verbally gave them the correct address and texted it to them as well. They said they were going to call log and head that way. The next thing I knew you lug had canceled that pick up. And locked me out of being able to do anything about it. I lost out on two antique dressers I really needed from craigslist because your system is so fucked up, and you give me no option to talk to anyone. I sent emails over five hours ago. I still have yet to hear one thing back from log. If you try to charge me for that delivery I’ll take your ass to court. You used to be pro. Now you just blow.
