Geoffrey and Joseph were the most professional and kind movers. When they picked up the furniture, they texted right away to let me know there was some damage. I informed them I was aware of it already but thought it was so conscientious of them to inform me before leaving the pick up spot. Once at our home, they carried heavy sofa up several stairs and were so careful not to touch walls. I can't say enough nice things about these two guys. Highly recommend them and Lugg. This is my third time using service and it's been wonderful each time.

They were great. Picked up out new sofa, brought it to our house and even set it up. They noticed the old sofa in the garage and asked if we were wanted it taken to the consignment store ( which we did). They waited while we set up the second job and off they went with it. Easy peasy. PS We tipped them with cash and again on-line.

They did a great job with delivering our furniture sofa. We had stairs and it was hard to take the furniture to upstairs, thanks a lot for kindly helping with it.
Very prompt delivery. However I wish they would have known to remove the backs of the recliner sofa to get it into the low entry.
Arrived on time. Very careful to ensure they didn’t damage the furniture or the walls as they moved a very large sofa.
Ryan and Jeremiah rescued us by moving our heavy couch that would not fit in the elevator. They knew how to partially dismantle the sofa and had a Can Do attitude and knowledge and STRENGTH that got the job done to get it up the stairs into our third floor apartment. We wish we could request them every time we use Lugg!! Thank you!!

Kyle and Robert were on-the-dot on time, cordial, and put heroic efforts into maneuvering a sofa through a cramped entryway. Seriously, we have no idea how the previous tenant got the sofa through the door - Kyle and Robert did literally everything they could, well above and beyond. And in the end we got our bookshelves moved successfully, quickly and in pristine condition. Plus the cat liked them, which is always a good sign :)
