The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business.
We had an excellent experience with our delivery. Both Leonel and John were very friendly and helped with unloading and placing our super heavy yard art in the right place. We really appreciate their help.
Both gentleman were very friendly and helpful. We had a large painting delivered and they were extremely careful with it, wrapped it up nicely, and made sure it arrived the way we purchased. Amazing service!
These two were very kind and helpful I’m disappointed in Lugg as a company, there should be better coordination so these gentleman didn’t have to drive all around town, and load/unload my stuff two times due to the poor planning on the company’s behalf.
Diego and Dell must efficiently and carefully loaded all of our donations into the truck. They arrived well within the stated ETA. At the donation site, they were helpful in making certain all of our items were accepted. They looked out for our concerns and Luggs concerns. This is true customer service!

Euc and Durell were positively amazing. I would recommend them to everyone! As soon as they arrived they were really friendly with a "what do you need" and "can do" attitude. Went above the expectations and were more than willing to help us with necessary dismantle and reassemble our fridge to get it in the house and where it needed to be. Ill definitely be coming back to them next time I need to. Thank you gentlemen!

Very heavy piece. Did all I could booking online to inform. They swiftly removed drawers and managed delivery quickly. I might recommend a weight belt! Unfortunately, more helping bodies wouldn't have fit on the staircase!
