Zack was amazing! He waited patiently while Macys too forever to get mattress together. Then he still manage to arrive quickly to my home even though my gated community can be extremely tricky to find. Zack worked quickly and efficiently removing all the safeties put in place to protect my merchandise and was able to help me unload my mattresses in absolutely no time. I'm so impressed with his service with and great attitude. The amount of care and effort Zack took to ensure my mattress got to me in perfect condition was above and beyond. I definitely will be using this service again.

The delivery man were quick efficient and professional once they were here however I did not know they had to come from Seattle to pick up in Silverdale and drop off in poulsbo Macy's should have had someone on this side and not have to have someone drive that far for one pick up drop off. I tipped the men individually here so it does not need to be added on to my bill.

They're both hard workers and did a great job. My only problem is that there are no customer service numbers. The movers were about an hour and a half late. Why was it that I was assigned 2 different sets of movers? One to pock up my sofa from Macy's and bring it to my house another set of movers to take my old sofa to my daughter's apartment? A simple phone call would have fixed that. Not sure if I'd use the app again unless there is at least some phone support.

These guys picked our new sofa we purchased at Macy's and delivered it to our home. They worked so hard to get it through our front door but we only had a half inch clearance so it just wouldn't work. With much disappointment they had to leave it in our garage until we can find a way to replace our front door with a wider door or find a way to dissemble the sofa in order to move it to our living. These guys were awesome to work with us for so long. Very hard workers and we appreciate their effort. Thanks guys!
They stayed persistent with Macy's at the pick up , until the item was located... the store could not find the item when the Luggers arrived. The driver stayed in communication with me, and delivered it perfectly. Many thanks to both men for extra time spent on my Lugg!

They arrived as scheduled, unloaded the table & chairs, and moved them into position in my home. They were professional, polite, careful, and worked diligently. The pricing breakdown on the receipt was very helpful. The process is expensive but I could not have done it myself because of the weight of the table. Anthony and Steven were wonderful representatives of Luggs, a service that I had never used before.

They kept me in communication when they picked up the couch from Macy's Union Square all the way into the delivery of all 7 pieces of the couch unit into the apartment.
