They were a great crew. They picked up a Facebook Marketplace purchase of three shelving sets, one with a desk. The items were wrapped well and they were great with the folks they picked up the items from and to deliver to me. All on time and great communication. This was my first time using Lugg and will happily recommend and use it again. This was a great experience.
Nate & Antoine were exceptional. Timely pick up, timely delivery. Put the desk I purchased on Facebook marketplace right where I needed it to be in the room everything's all settled and ready to go and Husband and Grandpa didn't have to do any work at all! So excited! Thank you so much!
This was amazing. i bought a peloton off of facebook marketplace and had it delivered to my son as a gift. i didn’t need to leave my couch to do all of this. when they notified me they had the bike in their possession, i venmo’d the seller.
Daniel and Kris were great. They communicated up front and provided images of scratches and pre-existing damage to the item that wasn’t shown by the seller on Facebook Marketplace.
Abdulla and Safwan did an excellent job and helped make a facebook marketplace transaction so seamless and efficient!

these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.

Wasn’t able to track them after they left here but on tracking app it says “unloaded”. Fyi…I was told I couldn’t book the 3 steps in one booking (p/up, delivery/dump old bbq) that it had to be 2 separate bookings….1 to have p/up-delivery and 2 to p/up old and take to dump. Alex said why didn’t you just have the delivery guys take old one to dump? My question exactly!!
