Super job done by Nicolas and Brandon! They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!
Both were professional, friendly and helpful , going out of their way to make this work within our time frame and budget. We would definitely request them again. We also appreciate the affordability of Lugg’a services - great value for the money!
Lencol & Devin were AMAZING movers!! Went above and beyond and treated my pickup with such incredible care!! They came prepared and got things done efficiently and quickly, and were unbelievably kind and helpful! Got everything wrapped up super safely, and even took the time to readjust this heavy cabinet when I realized it would fit better in another spot 🖤 can’t recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU!!!

Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald.

I’m a BIG Lugg fan! Have used them over 15 times since I discovered their service 4 years ago. The luggers are always very thorough & efficient — and totally nice guys. This time Christopher & Shane helped us to breakdown multiple tents after our party. Couldn’t have asked for better help from these two Luggers PLUS it saves on my husband’s back.
Both men were extremely helpful and got my bed moved FAST. Malic was great! Claudio seemed annoyed with me from the minute he arrived. 5 stars & a tip anyway because I know this isn't an easy job — moving is HARD work, (which is why I needed help as a single woman who doesn't own a truck/van and needed extra strong arms!). BUT would've been nice if on an already stressful move day, Claudio could've found a way to be at least a hint kinder. Refused to greet me with a handshake, had an unfriendly demeanor the whole hour we were together. Nonetheless, maybe he was having a tough day / week / month & I can empathize. Malic was kind, understanding, helpful, proactive throughout the entire interaction. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP TODAY!!! APPRECIATE YOU BOTH!!!

We had to climb to 3rd floor, it was effort intensive, they went above and beyond to make it happen . If they had any tool to help with the move, it would have helped them. I had asked the lugg team yesterday if they will have a trolley to move the luggage, but the trolley didn’t help move things upstairs.
Both gentlemen were very helpful, quick and efficient. The process for me could not have gone more smoothly.
