Freddy and Nasir were great! They were very gentle with an antique couch, and even took a door off its hinges in order to get the couch into my living room. Very professional, and they were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
This was my first time using Lugg and I’m so happy I did it. Leonel and Jose were very professional and polite. I was moving a large piece of vintage wood furniture with different parts. They dissembled the piece and loaded it into their van very quickly. When they moved it into my apartment, they were very careful not to damage the wood, which is impressive considering I live up three flights of narrow spiral stairs. They exceeded my expectations in terms of timing and I would definitely hire again.
Anton was great and provided spectacular delivery service. He communicated his location several times during the process and handled our furniture with great care. Overall, it was a thoroughly positive experience.

The guys were great. The service (Lugg) itself, for a first time user, was awful. I had a delivery window of 3-4pm and my items arrives at almost 9pm. If it wasn’t for the movers being so kind and friendly I probably would never use this app again but they made the experience better.
