I purchased two wrought iron tables from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Ramiro and John provided professional service They arrived timely to the pickup location; loaded the tables into the van; and patiently waited with me while I waited for my Uber driver to pick me up and transport me to my apartment. Upon arrival of my Uber, Ramiro and John then followed my Uber car from the pickup location to my apartment, where they unloaded the two tables, delivered the tables to my apartment, and placed both tables in my apartment where I requested. This was of tremendous help to me as the tables are very heavy.
it was very challenging to get the couch up my apartment stairs and they were extremely thoughtful and hardworking with brainstorming and trying out different ways to do it and we got it in eventually!
Fadil and Isaac were amazing. First of all, communication with them was clear and fast. They were responsive and timely. Second, they had a great attitude and were positive throughout the whole move even when it was hot and I was living on the third floor of a walk up apartment. They were able to fit every box into my packing cub in a considerate and efficient manner. Very satisfied with both of their work. Great guys! And great workers !

Ramiro and Aaron were punctual and worked quickly to remove a very heavy dresser from our home. They took the dresser to my brother-in-laws home nearby and worked directly with him to get it into his apartment and set up where he wanted it. Prompt, quick, efficient. Great work!
This was my first time using Lugg and I’m so happy I did it. Leonel and Jose were very professional and polite. I was moving a large piece of vintage wood furniture with different parts. They dissembled the piece and loaded it into their van very quickly. When they moved it into my apartment, they were very careful not to damage the wood, which is impressive considering I live up three flights of narrow spiral stairs. They exceeded my expectations in terms of timing and I would definitely hire again.

Faced with inevitable talk of moving an 8.5 ft and hundred pound couch, Leonel and Jose did not back down. Even through the labrathine hallways of my shitty apartment building, they persevered, even though we had to dismantle the couch. You CAN NOT do better than these guys when it comes to a moving service.

Jesus and Niko arrived on time and did a great job moving 8 large boxes from my apartment to The Salvation Army in Darien.
They're both hard workers and did a great job. My only problem is that there are no customer service numbers. The movers were about an hour and a half late. Why was it that I was assigned 2 different sets of movers? One to pock up my sofa from Macy's and bring it to my house another set of movers to take my old sofa to my daughter's apartment? A simple phone call would have fixed that. Not sure if I'd use the app again unless there is at least some phone support.
I was helping a friend move to a 4th floor apartment and we quickly realized we would need some help. Joshua and Joseph came within the hour and were amazing! I felt terrible because there was no elevator so it was a lot of work and they helped super quickly and efficiently with no problems. Thanks so much for making the move so much less stressful!

They were super quick to move the couch in & were patient when I decided I wanted to roll out a new carpet underneath it after they had just finished putting it in place. So patient & kind!! Would definitely recommend them!
