These two gentlemen’s took on a challenge!! They picked up a loft bed for me at Home Depot and brought it back to my home and assembled it. it was quite a challenge to build, but they both had positive attitudes and was able to pull through and put it together. - Jessica
Alex was super convenient—fast, on time, and handled everything with care. No issues. Definitely recommend. First time using this app otherwise I’d be at Home Depot getting ripped off asking the workers. - Jorge
Delroy was great! He picked up my order from Home Depot and delivered it to our building’s elevator with a dolly. He was a great communicator and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend! - Joanna
Very friendly and professional would recommend them They arrived quickly to the pick up and took good care of my items from Home Depot - KATIE
One of the guys was super helpful, and even stayed at Home Depot making sure the return went through properly. Much appreciated! - Jonathan
They were both amazing!! Arrived exactly on time. Package was heavier and larger than expected but they didn't hesitate and assured me they would get it done. It was a struggle for them, not their fault but mine and Home Depot. They got it delivered but it took creativity and hard work on their part. I can't say enough nice things about Maicon and Marcelo - Keith
Keeping contact . This is key to those of us that work close to home or running out for errand. All i can say is 1000x better than Delivery with Ft L East Home Depot that tossed purchases on the front lawn and many bags open. Very efficient and quick. Thank you - Kerry
Great service, but Home Depot did not give them both orders. What should I do since I uploaded 2 orders but they only got one? - Lisa
Fabio and Daniel followed my very detailed instructions perfectly. They picked up everything from the Home Depot and transported it to my house and unloaded in a neat and orderly manner. - Carolyn
Home Depot did not have the order ready like they were supposed to. So Wilton and Andres loaded it up themselves from the store, then when they got here they carried it all the way to the backyard right where we needed it. VERY happy with this service!!! - Sara
Robin was awesome in getting the job done. He truly made my day on a good Friday as I had placed an order at Home Depot and he got there on time. He also facilitated securing the product assembled when Home Depot was not ready and short staffed. He truly was the person who saved the day as I needed a grill for my celebration tomorrow with my family. Thank you so much!! - MINERVA
These two had a pretty big order from Home Depot including a lot of 12’ boards. They were flexible to park at the end of our driveway and bring it up 30 ‘ to our house due to the incline of our driveway. Very much appreciated! - Zack
Everything went smoothly and the guys were really friendly. They picked up our items from Home Depot will call no problem - Emily
Kane took control of Home Depot and went above and beyond to get the job done! Organized efficient kind pleasant on time Perfection! - Terrie
This is the best app! I had to move a large sectional and had no idea how to do it myself, I did not want to rent a van from Home Depot and had no one to help me. This app is so easy, you just logon, pick your vehicle, pick the number movers, put in your destination, they give you an estimate and away you go. Within 24 hours I had my sectional in my home. Really extraordinary - Tracy
Sean greeted me in the Home Depot while I was on the line for checkout. I really appreciate the gesture and that they waited for me to checkout and helped to bring the items from inside the Home Depot to the van. I also appreciated that both of them helped to bring up 10 units of heavy drywalls to inside of my apartment even though there’s no fee per minute since I initially ordered a pickup truck. There’s no way I can do this without them. So, thank you! Tiny note to Sean and Mohammed: it would be good if you let me know you were on the way to the pickup location since I can checkout in advance. To Lugg: I can only confirmed that someone is coming after the drivers arrived or when they are on the way. I understand that currently this is being done via SMS. However, use needs the status feature in the app. And the clear non-vauge confirmation that someone have accepted the job before the earliest pickup time. - Shafie
Your site told me that the price was $25 and now I’m seeing that it’s $60. This makes me furious I would have just gone to Home Depot and got in the truck for $19.99. The app told me that the process was not going through so I try to for more time I was hoping that the $60 was because I try to process it more than once but a one time fee of a surprise $60 is not fair. - Niko
Akcel met us at Home Depot to pick up a bathroom vanity cabinet that we'd ordered online. He arrived a few minutes before us and went straight to customer service to pick up the cabinet for us (without us asking!). By the time we arrived at the appointment time, he was already loading it into the truck. Awesome service! - Joanna
Was able to order a mover right after work and arrived within the hour to Home Depot. A bonus of two movers, was surprised and very happy with the Lugg service! Thank you guys for making it quick and easy. Will use this service again! - Christina
Quick, communicative, and polite. I purchased a heavy item at Home Depot. Kyle and Frank had it at my home in an hour. - Laura Kathleen
Awesome team. Home Depot held them up for an hour because they sent the “it’s ready” confirmation and didn’t actually have it ready. Really sorry about that. They were great guys super nice and did a great job. - Dave
So amazing and friendly and careful and helpful. My stuff wasn’t ready at Home Depot and they waited with me until it was. So thankful! - Tsippi
Fast and efficient! Thanks Jorge! World Market and Lugg’s partnerships is fantastic. We live right up the street but had no way to get it here. This is much easier than having to rent a truck at Home Depot. We’ll be using Lugg again! - Jenn
Nice guys. contacted me when there was a mistake at home depot. not their fault. came around back and brought everything in the house. good service - Daniel
