Incredibly impressed. Two friendly young gentleman who are great at what they do. Went through a local moving company prior and got two slow/out of shape/grouchy 55 year old men that charged for extra time and cost me 650. This wasn’t quite as extensive of a job but it cost 1/6, was done much more efficiently, with much more pleasant of people.
Leonardo and Khalid were so kind and helpful in bringing a quite large sectional into our second floor apartment. Great communication and efficient moving. They went above and beyond taking care of our new item, picking it up from someone in Carlsbad and bringing it over to me, despite sitting in over an hour of traffic. Very grateful for these two!
Jeremy and Henry were prompt, careful, cheerful and very good at moving stuff. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option.
I actually tipped Jeremy & Henry in Cash. I did not know there was a follow up survey where I could have added a tip as I have never used Lugg before. Both Jeremy & Henry are Amazing and did a fantastic job moving my sofa from the Home Goods store to my home. Love Lugg! 👍
Renard and John arrived on time and had a nice van with moving blankets. They were efficient and friendly covered the mattress before moving it ( which I didn't even think of but it was a rainy day.). What a great experience!
What felt like a daunting job went incredibly smoothly! I was impressed with their efficiency, and incredibly grateful for the care they put into moving my items.
Jose and Javonte were super quick with moving what I needed! Getting the load into the van was a feat in itself, as well as unloading without damaging anything

Jeremy and Henry were awesome. Excellent communication beforehand and while moving. They were able to move even more items than I had expected and moved so quickly. They expertly moved my large, heavy couch (that I struggle to push around) down a set of stairs and a super narrow alley. They made the process so quick and easy, and they were also really kind, friendly people. If I or someone I know needed to move again and I could request movers, I would definitely request them.
