The guy who brought the delivery was great. However lug was abysmal and I’ll never use your service again. I had two logs scheduled. Both were to arrive at the destination between one and 2 PM I didn’t hear a word on either until after 1 PM when I was both were finishing other deliveries but would be to their destination by 2 PM. I’ve learned that that’s cold for we don’t have anyone to send but we’re still working on finding someone. Meanwhile I had to change the pick up address of one. I clicked edit. Added the new address. Chose the address from the field you generated. Clicked update. It said it had successfully updated, then immediately reverted back to the wrong address I repeated this no less than 15 times. Somethings messed up with your program. So I emailed several times trying to get someone that I could alert to the fact that you were going to send the truck to the wrong place. I heard nothing from anyone with Lugg until I got a phone call from the loggers saying they had arrived at the location. Of course it was the wrong location. I told them about the disaster that is your app, verbally gave them the correct address and texted it to them as well. They said they were going to call log and head that way. The next thing I knew you lug had canceled that pick up. And locked me out of being able to do anything about it. I lost out on two antique dressers I really needed from craigslist because your system is so fucked up, and you give me no option to talk to anyone. I sent emails over five hours ago. I still have yet to hear one thing back from log. If you try to charge me for that delivery I’ll take your ass to court. You used to be pro. Now you just blow. 
Louie and Mark went above and beyond to deliver an incredibly heavy dining table purchased from Craigslist up to our mountain home far outside of the city limits. I’d highly recommend them for jobs large and small!
Brian and Chandler were great! I would never have been able to move my Craigslist purchase on my own. I signed up for Lugg and in just 2 hours had these 2 nice, curteous gentlemen delivering my love Seat into my second floor apartment. I couldn’t be more pleased with them and this service.

They arrived earlier than scheduled and patiently waited for me to arrive to help navigate the designated Craigslist location and confusing apartment complex community. Recently moved into our new home & fridge goes out completely. Found a great fridge on Craigslist, got it home & realized there was no chance of getting it off the truck. Baffled and beyond frustrated started searching for an on call someone to help. Cane across four different businesses/apps (one I had used before) but none were working right or had etas of next day. Our truck was rented by the hour. Tried Lugg And literally in maybe five minutes had Jacob and Justin en route. Dispatch reached out, kept me up to date of etas and there was AB actual person on the other end of the texts. I'm grateful. Sincerely grateful for the team we worked with tonight. Getting our fridge inside the house may have not been the most complex service, but it saved my night literally saved it. Jacob & Justin were friendly, strong, professional, and easy to work with. Thank you!!!! We will absolutely support you guys and spread the word :)

Jorge and Oscar were fantastic. They made multiple stops to pick up a piano and a bed on the way to our house, and everyone I coordinated with said that they were so friendly and excellent movers. They went above and beyond in moving the piano. So thankful!
Great movers! They had to get a very heavy old wood table up narrow stairs and did a great job. Really appreciate it!!!

Rogerio and Rony were genuinely the best movers I have ever employed. They were efficient, hard working, friendly, helpful, and extremely effective. They were happy to help us with a second trip back to our house to load more into the van to bring back to our storage unit. I only wish that Lugg had the option for customers to chose their Luggers. I am moving more items tomorrow to a different location and I wanted to book them again. Please consider implementing a feature where happy customers can request their favorite Luggers again in the future. I would book Rogerio and Rony again every time. 100/10 service

I was skeptical using LUGG because I didn’t know if the movers would be quality. Ive always used vetted moving companies in the past for big moves. However, I just needed something heavy moved upstairs. Carey and Darryl had tons of experience, knew exactly what they were doing, and moved my heavy piece of furniture with professionalism. This is a fantastic service. I highly recommend these two gentlemen and I would definitely use the LUGG service again in the future.
